GREENSBORO —Two High Point businessmen and a Greensboro real-estate lawyer were indicted this week in connection with a mortgage fraud scheme. One of the High Point men, Charles Richardson Jr. of 1501 Penny Road, was also charged with bilking thousands of dollars from investors.
