Fannie Mae falls 4% as mortgage lender slices dividend (Market Watch) SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Shares of Fannie Mae dropped late Tuesday after the mortgage lender said it will cut its quarterly dividend.
“If you buy a house today, there’s a good chance it will be worth less a year from todayThe economy is losing jobs. And credit is tight. You add those things together, and the home-selling season this year is going to be another bad one.”
