When the idea for the project was presented, the $4.5 million complex at 125 N. Kentucky Ave. had about 80 reservations. Delays in the project and a change in the real estate market bled off some of the demand. The five units, which range between 890 and 1,015 square feet, will cost $235,000 to $255,000.
