LONDON, May 18 (newratings.com) – The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) said on Wednesday that its seasonally-adjusted index for mortgage application activity decreased 10.5% to 699.2 during last week, from 781 a week earlier, despite the decrease in mortgage rates.
