Disabilities agency seeks grant for mortgage (The Beaufort Gazette)

HILTON HEAD ISLAND —Programs for Exceptional People, the Hilton Head Island-based non-profit organization serving people with developmental disabilities, has requested a $422,875 grant from the state Department of Disabilities and Special Needs to help pay off its mortgage.
